Caribbean Associated Attorneys (CAA) headed by Courtney Abel and Patrick Patterson was established in Anguilla in 1997 following the merger of the practices of Courtney Abel & Associates in Anguilla and that of Patrick Patterson in St. Kitts & Nevis.

CAA maintains offices both in Anguilla and in St. Kitts & Nevis and has close associations with other lawyers and firms in the wider Caribbean region and the United Kingdom.

CAA prides itself on being a practice based on integrity and transparency. One motivated at all times to providing clients with a first class service, in accordance with the rules and ethical principles, which govern legal practitioners of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

CAA currently provides a wide range of legal services under the umbrella of a general law practice. The attorneys of CAA provide advocacy and advice in all matters including complex and multi-jurisdictional civil, commercial and criminal litigation with a special interest in Company, Banking, Entertainment and International Law. 

CAA is supported by an administrative and para-legal staff that take pride in the professional quality of the service provided by CAA.

Individual members of the firm hail from Anguilla, Dominica, Guyana, and St. Lucia.

CAA is closely associated with On Island (Anguilla) Corporate Services Limited a Company Manager registered under the laws of Anguilla and functioning under ACORN (Anguilla’s on-line company registration system). CAA is therefore able to provide its’ clientele access to the facility of Company Management services in Anguilla.
